The word “ritual” generally brings up connotations of the rites of passage and religious practices. However, a ritual can be as simple as brushing your teeth after every meal, drinking a coffee or going for a jog every morning.

Implementing positive rituals into your life can bring about amazing success and change, in a very short amount of time.

What is a ritual? A ritual consists of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.

One of the simplest ways to practice the art of daily ritual, is to create yourself a bedtime routine.

This can be as simple as lighting a candle, drawing a card from your favourite oracle deck and moisturising your hands or body – all whilst saying a powerful affirmation and stating your intention to sleep or for relaxation.

Some days it can be difficult to switch off at the end of a long day and doing a small bedtime ritual – not only teaches your mind that its time to wind down, but with the proven magical aromatherapy ingredients – it all works in together, to help you get the best sleep you can.

Consistency is key and establishing daily positive rituals allows the ego to relax and give in, to the control it seems to have in our lives.

We can create positive changes and get almost everything we want, by performing the smallest of rituals (its just about inciting intent). Combining the intent, with small ritual items (like candles or incense) and performing these actions in a prescribed order, to use the power of the law of attraction to get what you desire.
